If you paid out the proposal in full then there’s no reason for one of your creditors to be putting derogatory remarks on your credit report.
We tell our clients to wait at least three months after they receive the final paperwork for their proposal beofre they check their credit report – that gives the system time to process the changes.
If you have “new’ remarks on your bureau after paying out the proposal then you should follow the dispute process for the bureau to get them corrected. Your trustee does NOT communicate directly with the bureau so this is not somethign they can fix for you. The remarks come from the creditors and that’s where the correction has to come from.
