home forced sale

I have recently within the last year been doing credit councelling with all my credit cards but 1 that would’t join the program, I have not been able to come to an agreement on the re-payment schedual so now they have demanded full balance in 21 days or they will force the sale of my property which has my husbands name on it. his name is not on the card. Can they make me or force me to sell my house

Potentially this creditor could force the sale of the house. It isn’t highly likely, they are more likely to register on title, continue to charge their interest and penalties and then get paid when either the house is sold or the mortgage is renewed. But techincally they do have the ability to for the sale of property.
