Ex’s Consumer proposal denied – can I try it now?

If my ex. did a consumer proposal and tried to include our house what happens if I try a consumer proposal. His proposal was denied by the mortgage company

Consumer proposals do not bind secured creditors and they do not get a vote. Whether you should file a consumer proposal or not depends on your personal situation.
