What is an interim administrator’s statement of receipts and disbursements? I received a form 14 letter in the mail from the company handling my consumer proposal. I have never missed a payment.

We get 30 to 40 questions a day on this site and only answer a few. About half of the questions come from people that are dealing with a trustee already – like yourself. You really should call your trustee – it is one of the things they are being paid to do (answer your questions).
At regular intervals in your proposal your trustee will mail out payments to your creditors (they are called dividends). The form you received is a report on the most recent payments and activity to date.
