If you will be appying for consumer proposal and get approve, what will happen to your tax debt following the tax season while you are in consumer proposal. Do you have to pay? Will your trustee file a new form for it?

If you file a consumer proposal you will be required to make monthly remittance payments to CRA for your current tax. This will be a required term in your proposal if you have CRA debt and want their cooperation.
