How do i deal with a trustee that did not exercise due diligence and his fidicuary duties when representing me

First, you need to understand your trustee does not represent you – the best analogy is to think of your trustee as a referee, although if push comes to shove your trustee actually represents your unsecured creditors.

If you have concerns regarding how your trustee conducted themselves then you should contact the nearest Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. They can help you decide whether or not something is really amiss and requires corrective action.
