Hi, do i need to notify trustee if there is a change in job situation for better during 45 day period. will i need to refile cp? thank you

Yes you do – your trustee will determine whether or not your creditors need to be advised of the change, but if you don’t tell your trustee and one of your creditors (or someone else) “reports” you it may complicate things in a bad way…
