proposal- bankruptcy??

I have recently started a consumer proposal, but now have thought that bankruptcy is a better choice. Can I file for bankruptcy even if the proposal process is started?

Certainly – you should go and speak to the trustee that assisted you with your proposal, tell them your concners and they can help you decide whether or not bankruptcy makes for sesne for you.

If you are not comfortable having this discussion with your current trustee, you may file bankruptcy with a different trustee.
