If i have had a consumer proposal annulled, do i have any other options besides bankruptcy such as debt consolidation etc?

You cannot file another consumer proposal for the same debts without Court approval – other than that, all of the other options to deal with your debts are legally available to you.

Of course, if you couldn’t afford to repay a portion of your debt with the proposal it is unlikely you will be approved for a debt consolidation loan to repay the full debt…
