cp question
July 13th, 2012 by Questions
I’m considering a cp and am wondering if I should keep making minimun payments right up to when I file?
Or is missing payments(showing I’m seriious) better for a cp decision in my favour?

Whether or not you have been making payments on your accounts immediately preceding the filing of a consumer proposal doesn’t impact the likelihood of acceptance of the proposal. So what I recommend is that the moment you decide that you are going to file a consumer proposal you should stop making payments to any of your unsecured creditors.
