what happens now???

June 1st, 2012 by Questions

I have been in contact with a administrator of a trustee company about doing a consumer proposal.I filled out the application form and would like to know what happens next?Does this mean now the consumer proposal is going in to the 45 days period? When am I required to see the trustee now or when the creditors approve the proposal after the 45 days? I read that I don’t need to make payments to my creditors anymore.I am trying to understand where I stand with this now.I understand that the application form is submitted to them just wondering what the next steps are.
