I am considering doing a consumer proposal, but have only 3 creditors, one of them CRA. Would love to know the success rate

This is a difficult thing to know for sure as it is not a statistic that is shared between trustee’s offices or by the government. In my practice I find that approximately 97% of the consumer proposal that are offered are accepted and of that 97% we have to negotiate with the creditors approximately 21% of the time.
