Spouse Debts

In a Consumer Proposal I understand that you have to include all your debts. Does this include joint loans with other parties, i.e. spouse or friends?

, A licensed trustee said:

Yes – all of your debts means anyone that you owe more than $25 to. If you co-signed a debt, or guaranteed a debt for someone else those debts need to be listed when you file a proposal.
