Proposals continue to be reported for 3 years after they have been paid in full.

A word of warning – the paperwork takes time to cacth up with the money. If you pay out your proposal at any time in the first year, it may take 5 or 6 months for the paperwork to get fully processed by the reporting system – the 3 years will start once the reporting system records it.
