Can the creditors access your bank account to look at your information on how you spend your money, income deposits etc when you have filed a CP and they are reviewing whether to accept it or not?

Your creditors have the right to ask your trustee to review any/all of your financial transactions during the 45 days while they are considering whether or not to accept your proposal (I’ve never seen it done, but they have the right to do it). If you have concerns about this then you should disucss them with your trustee BEFORE you file.
