What happen when creditors don’t submint a claim afeter I file for CP? If Cp is pparoved docreditors who they did not submit claims come afetr me? or shall I make sure they submit or trustee will do?

A licensed trustee said...

Whether or not a creditor submits a claim is up to the creditor, but even nif they don’t the debt will stgill be discharged (eliminated) when you complete the proposal. If you have any more concerns about this you should speak the trustee handling your proposal.
