credit cards

i was told that if you have a card with a zero balance you can keep it and use it as soon as your cp papers are accepted is this true

No – you may only keep a credit card if you can demonstrate that the lender has authorized you to do so. Otherwise, the law requires you to surrender all credit cards to your trustee when you file a proposal – even cards with NIL balances.
