Default of a Consumer Proposal

I have been in a consumer proposal for 2 year and have defaulted on the payments, am I able to just go into bankruptsy.

Certainly – you may use the trustee that handled your proposal, or if you prefer, you may go and see another trustee to handle the bankruptcy.

It may also be possible to “revive” your proposal – depending on your istuation this might make sense too. Ask your trustee to review all of your options before you make your decision.
