Will my mortgage bank know about CP? I have no other debts with them?

Yes, they will, but don’t worry about it. The law requires you to list everyone that you owe money to – mortgages, car loans, all your credit cards, loans, etc, etc.

The law also says that the mortgage company (and car loans and other secured debts) cannot cancel or fail to renew your mortgage simply because you filed a consumer proposal.
