1-What documents to bring when filing CP?
2- How about first visit- do we need to bring any documents or just a spreed sheet showing our situation will suffice?

The more information you bring with you when you meet with a trustee the better, but frankly the level of detail that you get into at the first meeting is up to you. I have people come in with nothing, but some rough notes, while others bring every bill/invoice/loan document they have ever received.

So, when you book your first appointment you need to decide for yourself if you want a general discussion or a detailed review of your situation. The more detail you want the more information you have to bring with you.
