tax debt during a proposal

I am in my second year of a 3 yr proposal.I just did my taxes and I owe under $1000,which to me is still alot of money and will be hard to pay, can this be included in my proposal or do I pay it seperatly on my own?

For a debt to be included in a consumer proposal they have to have occurred before the consumer proposal had been filed.

So if your proposal was filed two years ago and you just did your current taxes, any monies owing on these taxes clearly would have occurred after the filling of the proposal and are therefore something you are required to pay separately.
