US Credit Recovery Agency Harrasing me.

I filed a CP in May 2010. It was accepted and I have been making my payments as per the CP requirements. My CP included an American Credit card that I owed $450.00. I am now receiving calls from a US Collection Agency regarding this credit card debt. I’ve How can I stop these calls? Thanks for your help!

Call your trustee. The US debt can no longer collect in Canada due to your CP (of course if you have income or assets in the US they can still go afetr those…), but often US companies need to be “told” that – they don’t accept your word for it.
