What happens next?

March 11th, 2011 by Questions

I made my last CP payment three months ago. What happens next? Does the Trustee contact me? Will it be a little easier for me to obtain credit now than when I was in the CP process? Do I receive a letter from the Trustee telling me I’ve fulfilled my commitment? I don’t feel settled without a piece of paper telling me where I now stand. Thank you.

You should contact the trustee that handled your proposal. Upon completion they are to issue a Certificate of Full Performance – we send them out within 30 days of receiving your final payment, but there are no specific rules as to when it must be done.
