When filing our consumer proposal my husband was off on EI then we signed a consumer proposal and a week later he got a job…do you tell your trustee this info and does it have an impact on your propsal??

Legally you are required to disclose this to your trustee and you are right that this will likely require you to amend the terms of the consumer proposal and offer more to your creditors. But your trustee will advise you whether this will be required or not.
