Record Retention
December 16th, 2010 by Questions
How long will a consumer proposal be retained in the publicly accessible Bankruptcy and Insolvency Records of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada. If the answer is indefinitely, is there a mechanism to have the record expunged after a certain period of time?
