Credit Proposal Question`s`
A few clearifcations needed on credit proposals:
1. Will a previous discharged bankruptcy re-appear on your bureau if you file a comsumer proposal
2. My wife is due May 15 with our 3rd child, if I filed a consumer proposal now, would they factor in the 3rd child that is set to arrive
3. Will the creditors know that I have previously filed bankruptcy if I file a consumer proposal.
Thanks

Hopefully I can clarify for you.
A previously discharged bankruptcywill not reappear on your bureau if you file a consumer proposal.
The trusteeshould factor in the new addition to the family when putting the consumer proposal forward. They may have to provide two cash flow estimates, but it can very easily be done.
However, your creditors will be advised that there is a previous bankruptcy when the consumer proposal, it will show up on the Statement of Affairs and they will see when it was filed, who it was filed through and when you were discharged.
