If a proposal is annulled and the debts are reinstated, can the creditors garnishee your wages?

If a consumer proposal is annulled this reinstates not only the debts but all of the normal collection powers of the creditors.
Therefore, once the consumer proposal is annulled, the creditors are able to once again garnish wages. Of course they have to follow the normal process (i.e. sue, obtain judgement, apply for garnishment order etc.).
