Can the tax refund for the 2009 be offered as a part of the credit proposal payment,or it automaticaly goes to trustee?

With a consumer proposal the tax refunds are not automatically lost as they are in a bankruptcy and there is nothing preventing you from offering the tax refund to your creditors as part of the proposal. The difficulty in doing so is that there is no certainty of the amount you are going to receive, so how influential this will be to creditors is questionable.
