Is Employment is necessary for Consumer proposal? I am thinking of filing consumer proposal for my 55000 credit cards debt. I do not have job. In case of bankruptcy, I will loose nothing, however, in Consumer proposal i am willing to pay some amount. I m looking for job…

Emplyment is not necessary, cash flow is. However, cash flow is often based on employment, so in practice I find it is difficult to offer a consumer proposal that the creditors will consider without employment.
