In debt during consumer proposal

November 19th, 2009 by Questions

I am into my 2nd year of a consumer proposal and I am currently $5000.00 in debt. The debts are mostly cash advances where you pay very hight interest and fees. I was wondering if I could file a 2nd consumer proposal for these debts.

You are not eligible to file a second consumer proposal until you are finished the frirst. So unfortunately you will have to find another route to deal with these pay day loans.
