Debt

September 29th, 2009 by Questions

I owed around $94,800 from different credit cards and line of credit. I`m worried now that I could not pay on time even the minimum amount due me. I`m willing to pay instead of bankcruptcy if only if my creditors will reduce the minimum amount that I could afford to pay on time. I`m working fulltime for 5 years now. Am I qualified for a consumer proposal? Thanks.

You certainly sound like a good candidate for a consumer proposal. The next step is to take to some one in person about your situation. Try a credit counselor, or if you are fairly certain you need/want to file a consumer proposal go straight to a trustee.
