I`m considering filing a consumer proposal with a local trustee..How long will it be between my assessment and the actual filing of my proposal..I know the creditors have 45 days to respond and 15 days after the proposal has been filed??

This really depends on the the trustee’s office you are using and how quickly you are able to get the necessary application form back to them. But most offices are able to have everything finalized within a week of receiving the application form, assuming it is filled out properly.
