Are there `duties` associated with the acceptance of a consumer proposal as there are with filing for bankruptcy ? And what might they be ?

If yuo file a consumer proposal you are required to attend 2 counseling sessions and you may be required to attend at a meeting of creditors (if one is called). Your only other on-going duties are to make the agreed upon payments and keep your trustee approzed of yuor address and phone number.
