CAR LEASE

I am trying to re-lease a vehicle and have been declined as the auto manfature says that it is against the law to re-lease to me
Your help is appreciated.

I have no idea what they are referring to. If you are an undischarged bankrupt and have advised the leasing company of that fact then they may lease to you (or not) if they want to. If you filed a consumer proposal then they may also lease to you (or not) if they want to.
It sounds to me like the company simply has a policy of not entering into these kinds of arrangements… there is not law prhibiting them from doing so.
