Does one get their income tax after a consumer proposal?

Does one get their income tax after a consumer proposal, especially if it has anything to do with government student loans?

If you file a proposal, there is no vesting of income tax like there is in a bankruptcy. Meaning you should receive your income tax, regardless of the presence of the student loan.
