Pursuant to Section 158 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act you were required to provide a sworn Statement of Affairs. That Statement of Affairs listed all of your creditors to the best of your knowledge. If there were subsequent creditors that may have been omitted from the list the trustee must be informed so that notification of the bankruptcy can be provided to all of your creditors. If you contact your trustee they will provide you with an updated list of the creditors. It may that the trustee you had dealt with no longer has your file. In which case there may be copies of your Statement of Affairs filed with the Court in the jurisdiction in which you filed bankruptcy.
