Before bankruptcy proceeded CRA put a lien on the home, jointly owned with my spouse. If I die does the lien continue or will she get the full value of the house.
CRA is the only debts owed. Bankruptcy is proceeding.

If the lien is already in place then CRA is entitled to your share of the house equity up to the value of the lien. Sorry, but the lien made your tax debt like a mortgage that has to be paid. This is something to discuss with your trustee – answering your questions is one of things they are being paid to do…
