seven years after bankruptcy discharge

April 9th, 2013 by Questions

If I have done my seven years after my bankruptcy discharge can a potential creditor like Leons or The Brick ask if I have ever bankrupted and then use that against me going forward? Or can they only ask if I have bankrupted in the last seven years?

Sorry, but if you filed an assignment in bankruptcy some time in your past and you are asked in the future if you have ever filed for bankruptcy the answer will be “yes” no matter how much time has passed.
