407etr and bankruptcy

I was discharged in 2009, but have had my sticker denied because my bill has not been paid, previous to 2009???????

A licensed trustee said...

There is currently a class action lawsuit against the owners of the 407, the Ministry of Transport and the provincial government regarding 407 fees and bankruptcy. The 407, with the support of the government, is of the opinion that their fees are exempt from bankruptcy law. Obviously the plaintiffs do not.
