I was discharged jan 31 2006. Its been 6 years, I am wondering if i can now apply for a student loan? Iv never applied for one before. I have had a cap1 mastercard for a year now, was approved thru them for 1000$ credit line, not secured. slowly rebuilding my credit, koodo cell phone account now for 2 years in good standing. my wife and i went for a car loan, the dealer said i was not approved. but not to be worried cus it would be disolved jan 31 2013?
