im thinking about claiming bankruptcy so my question is would i be able to applie for a morgage and be accepted with out a problem ? im having issues appliing due to my cridet now and its becoming a big problem cause i want to bye my own home

When you file for bankruptcy you will likely still have a problem with a mortgage application, at least initially as this will read negatively on your credit history. To be able to qualify you would have to file bankruptcy, obtain your discharge and begin working to rebuild your credit.
