Is it ok to start a business after I have just gone bankrupt. I do work full time during the day and would like to start up a business on my spare time.. If you have already filed then contact your trustee to discuss how to do this and what the implications will be to your bankruptcy. If you haven’t filed yet, then add this question to the list of things to ask your trustee BEFORE you file.
