Consumer proposal to Bankruptcy

I have file a consumer proposal in bc and would like to change to bankruptcy as my credit rating will be cleared faster, is this possible?

Certainly – you have the right to file bankeruptcy at aany time, even after you have filed a consumer proposal. If you filed the proposal less than 60 days ago then your bankruptcy will be back dated to the start of your proposal. If it was more than 60 days ago then any mnoney you have paid into the proposal belongs to your creditors and your bankruptcy will start on the day you file.

Call your trustee (or if you want to you may switch trustees).
