I AM A 60YEAR OLD WOMAN, I WILL LIKE TO KNOW IF I FILE BANKRUPTCY IF IT WILL AFFECT MY HUSBAND OAS OR ANY OTHER PENSION. HE WILL START GETTING HIS PENSION EARLY NEXT YEAR.

If you file for bankruptcy it won’t have any impact on your husband, his OAS or any other of his pensions as long as you haven’t signed on any of his debts. If he has signed on your debt that will change things a little, but otherwise you don’t have anything to worry about.
