putting money in bank after bankruptcy

i m discharged on 25jan, 2011, i opened a bank account in a new bank right before my bankruptcy was filed, now i m discharged, can i keep my money in the bank, will i be askd questions where did i get the money from, or shud i open another new bank account now after discharge, will they ask me where did i get the money from and why…and what shud i say….plz reply…thx…i love this site…..

You shouldn’t have any problems – you are allowed to start saving money as soon as you file for bankruptcy. Now that you’ve been discharged there are no restrictions on how you handle you finances.
