Going bankupt 1st and last time

I have been paying my Ex wife child support for the last 2 years under the table so she would not have to pay tax on it and I am going bankrupt but I cannot prove that I have payed child support. Will they make me pay what looks like unpaid child support in order to complete my bankruptcy .

There are a few issues that will come up with respect to this. The biggest of which is the surplus income obligation which directly impacts the cost of bankruptcy. This will be a bit complicated of a discussion and one that you will need to discuss directly with a local trustee .
