my morgage is up for renual in 2013 will going bankrupt affect that?

AS long as your payments are kept current and you aren’t behind on yoru proeprty taxes at the time of renewal, you should not have any problems. Call and check this with your mortgage company BEFORE you file, just tio make sure.
