Bankruptcy will NOT change/eliminate Court Orders for support – spousal or child. Bankruptcy should deal with any personal debts you owe to a spouse, unless the debts were of a very unusual nature (like Court Ordered Restitution).

You should make a list fo these debts, including whatever paperwork and details that you have and take them with you when you go an meet with a trustee to discuss bankruptcy.
