i am on pension, my commomlaw lady is also on pension,does one still have to pay alimony and do they als calculate surplus money if bankrupt and separated

You most definitely have to continue to pay your alimony – the only way to have that stopped is to return to FamilY Court and ask a judge to change your support Order.

If you file for bankruptcy the surplus rules apply regardless of your source(s) of income. So if your pension income is over the government standard then surplus will be payable.
