My case has been referred to bankruptcy court. Expiry for my bankruptcy was March of this year. Court is currently backlogged up to 6 months. do I have to continue monthly payments to trustee while waiting for court date?

With these types of things you really need to discuss them directly with your trustee. The problem is that I am not familiar with all the in’s and outs of your case, nor do I know what type of court date has been set, so I am in no position to be able to comment.
